In the late 60’s and early 70’s Rodger and Dave Patton served apprenticeships at Modern Refrigeration Company with their grandfather, Dick Lord. In 1975 Rodger and Dave felt the time was right to start their own company using the many skills they learned at Modern Refrigeration.

Evergreen Refrigeration was created based on the principal of treating customers and employees with respect and honesty and the commitment to “Doing it Right”. Under the leadership of Rodger and Dave, Evergreen has become a leader in the HVAC design/build industry.

Over the last 30 plus years, several of the founders’ children have joined the company, seeking the same opportunities that attracted their fathers. Matt, Adam, Doug, Ryan, Shaun and Jill are committed to the continued excellence of Evergreen and are expanding their efforts in commercial design/build, tenant improvements, control retro fit, LEED design, and sheet metal fabrication. The combined strength of the generations has successfully doubled the size of the company in the past five years.

As Evergreen Refrigeration continues to grow, the third generation of Pattons is entering the business to ensure its longevity and future success.
